At Joy’s Sitters, we make finding trusted childcare simple and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
Complete our application to access our services. This helps us gather all the necessary information to serve you best and ensures the safety of our sitters by verifying your identity.
2. Welcome Email
Once an administrator looks over your application (only takes a few moments), you'll be sent an email with instructions on how to access your personal dashboard—where you'll request bookings, view our sitters, and purchase Memberships and Bundles.
Note: While we offer memberships and bundles, they are not required—you can always choose to Pay-As-You-Go!
3. Submit a Booking Request
Submit a booking request—whether it's last-minute or planned in advance, we’ll try our best to find a sitter to match your schedule!
4. Get Matched with a Sitter
As soon as your request is submitted, we notify all available, qualified sitters in your area. Once a vetted sitter is assigned, you’ll receive an email to confirm or cancel your request . Once you confirm, that’s when you’ll receive an invoice for the service.
5. Meet Your Sitter
After your sitter is assigned and confirmed, both you and the sitter will receive each other’s contact information. Meet your sitter when they arrive, review any specific instructions, and enjoy peace of mind knowing your child is in good hands.
