At Joy’s Sitters, we make finding trusted childcare simple and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
Complete our application to access our services. This helps us gather all the necessary information to serve you best and ensures the safety of our sitters by verifying your identity.
2. Log into your dashboard
Once an administrator looks over your application (only takes a few moments), you'll be sent an email with instructions on logging onto your dashboard. In your dashboard you'll be able to request bookings, view our sitters, purchase memberships and make payments.
3. Submit a Request
In your dashboard, you can easily request a booking whenever you need a sitter. Just log in and submit a request—whether it's last-minute or planned in advance, we’ll find a sitter to match your schedule.
4. Get Matched with a Sitter
As soon as your request is submitted, we notify all available, qualified sitters in your area. Once a vetted sitter accepts, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, and that’s when you’ll complete payment for the service.
5. Meet Your Sitter
After your sitter is assigned and confirmed, both you and the sitter will receive each other’s contact information. Meet your sitter when they arrive, review any specific instructions, and enjoy peace of mind knowing your child is in good hands.
